WE ARE A STARTUP, CAN WE AFFORD YOU?

The simply answer is yes. Having been startup founders ourselves, we understand the limited budget and constraints of a startup. As such we have designed our Product Management Coaching and Product Management Training services for startups, allowing them to access experienced product managers at a very affordable, no commitment cost.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TRAINING / MENTORSHIP?

I’m glad you asked 😊! This is a very popular question and due to this, we have created a Product Management Mentorship program, to help businesses get an understanding of what product management is how it can help their business.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our main office is located in Los Angeles, California (aka Silicon Beach), where our management team and product experts work. In addition, we also have a presence in San Francisco, California as well as internationally in Sydney, Australia serving our Australian clients.

WHY ARE YOU QUALIFIED TO HELP US?

Great question! Our team each has over a decade of professional product management experience in building scalable, well designed and successful digital products. In addition our founder, Daniel Harman is a serial entrepreneur and has had two successful exits in his career. Put simply we are confident that we have the experience and depth to assist any business with their digital product development.

DO YOU WORK REMOTELY?

Yes of course! In fact, with the exception of one current client that is based locally to us in Los Angeles, all of our clients are based internationally. We have become experts in remote product development, and bring to all of our client projects an established framework that simply works with remote teams.

WE JUST NEED A {INSERT ROLE}, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! Whilst we certainly do have access to a remote full stack development team of UX, product, design, engineering and quality assurance professionals, we can of course provide whatever skillset you specifically need. So need a designer? No problem! Need just a Product Manager for a small project or part-time? You got it!

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR CLIENT WORK?

We operate primarily on one basis; a month-to-month service fee. This pricing model is designed to be startup friendly with pricing and is a fixed, known cost with no commitment each month.

WE NEED A PRODUCT MANAGER FOR A FEW MONTHS. CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! We often fill the gaps between staff hiring, paternity / maternity leave and other staff resourcing gaps.
